Applies to this website and its inquiry form.
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your company name, your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, who the integration is for, whether you are the decision maker, the Unicommerce seller or client you need to connect to, whether you run a transport system and which one, your approximate monthly volume, your target timeline, and any note you add.
We also record the network address the inquiry came from and your browser's identification string. These are used only to limit automated abuse of the form.
What we do not do
This site carries no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. Nothing on the page is loaded from another company's servers. We do not set cookies for visitors. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Why we hold it
To reply to your inquiry and to plan an integration with you. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from the date of your inquiry, so we can follow up on a conversation that resumes later. After that, the personal details are removed.
Having your details removed sooner
Write to emathrixtech@gmail.com and ask. We will delete your inquiry and confirm that we have. You do not need to give a reason.
How it is stored
Inquiries are held in a private database that only eMathrix Technologies can reach. The contents of your inquiry are not written into our application logs. This website runs separately from the integration service used by our customers, and the two do not share data.
